Gloria Theatre Renovation Project
A donation to your nonprofit Gloria Theatre is the most effective way for you to support the arts and boost our local economy. Annually, more than 20,000 people attend concerts, movies, and other events at the Gloria. With your help, we can double the number of visitors in years to come!
Since 2014, our nonprofit Gloria Theatre has been blessed by more than 16,000 donations, from $1 to $70,000. These awesome supporters have saved this historic community treasure and made possible Gloria’s many wonderful restorations and improvements.
Yes, we are once again a very popular movie theatre and we’ve launched our “Stars on Stage” live concerts, but the dream is far from complete. Much is yet to be done to become a state-of-the-art performing arts center, one that can host A-list artists and Broadway tours.
Expand the theatre to include a balcony and several much-needed spaces
Upgrade electric and add theatrical lighting and sound equipment
Give the front of the theatre a face-lift and a new marquee
Ongoing repairs & upgrades like a new roof, new HVAC, & support personnel
